02 Information we collect

When you voluntarily send an education enquiry, you may provide your name, mobile number, current qualification, interested course or field, and enquiry message. If you contact us by email, call or WhatsApp, we may receive the details you choose to share and information necessary to respond.

The website's enquiry form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation. In the website version reviewed for this policy, the form does not save your enquiry into a website database. The message is not sent to us unless you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

When you visit the website, our hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, request time and security-related signals required to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, banking details, medical records or other sensitive documents through the general enquiry form.

03 How we use information

We use the information you provide to answer enquiries, discuss available programmes and eligibility, provide counselling and admission guidance you request, communicate about your enquiry, and maintain necessary records for service, security and legal compliance.

We do not promise admission, university affiliation or a particular programme's approval merely because it is mentioned on this website. Programme-specific recognition, eligibility and study mode should be verified with the relevant institution and regulator.

We will not treat a request for counselling as blanket consent for unrelated promotional messages. Where required, we will seek appropriate consent for additional marketing communications.

04 Sharing with third parties

To operate the website or communicate with you, technical or contact information may be processed by service providers such as Cloudflare (website hosting/security), email providers, telecom providers and WhatsApp/Meta if you choose to contact us there. Their own privacy policies and terms may apply.

If you ask us to assist with a particular university or course application, we may need to share relevant details with the institution or authorised admissions contact. We will explain such sharing and obtain your consent where required. We do not claim that the universities displayed on the site are our official partners.

We may disclose information if legally required. We do not state that personal information is sold to advertisers; any future advertising-data sharing must be separately disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable rules.

05 Cookies, analytics and advertising

The static website version reviewed when preparing this policy does not include a custom Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion, Meta Pixel or remarketing script. Our hosting/security provider may still use strictly necessary technical tools or cookies to protect and operate the service.

If we add advertising pixels, analytics, remarketing or new lead-collection tools, we will update this notice and implement any required user choices or consent controls before using them.
